Welcome to Northridge U.M. Church. This Sunday Pastor Karen Crawford will help us to understand why we have flags flying in our sanctuaries, and the controversy that exists around flags in sacred spaces.

You will hear about how the U.S. flag first began to show up in U.S. churches across America, as well as how the Christian flag came to be.

You may already know these stories, or you may be surprised by them. Come and hear the facts and determine for yourself whether or not you like the idea of flags in worship!
